The Perfect Guide To Moving On To The Better things

Life is a hard thing to do – maybe the toughest of things. We see many things that break us into pieces; our hearts shatter; our minds start to feel the pain; our souls become wounded. Well, that is inevitable. Being too hooked on the past is excruciating and maybe even worse than the very tragedy that made it this way. Thinking too much about it exactly what overthinking is and could destroy us in ways that we do not even know of. It inevitably would ruin our present and hence, the future. Ask yourself: whatever the trauma, is it worth extinguishing your entire remaining life?

Giuseppe Liberati wrote the book “NEXT: How to Innovate from Within” to highlight the fact that saddening events of the past could have a serious and severe impact on our minds. He reminds us that the answers we want from life would not come and fall on our laps; instead, we would have to work for them. Curiosity is a really good thing, but it would go to waste with dissatisfaction without the necessary efforts required. This book is executed beautifully and shows the perfect and natural ways to live life. It offers results to the most melancholic of problems, the most tangled of issues, and the harshest of challenges.

Here’s what you need to do:

1.       Try making it better by seeking help. Life has assured the sadness that comes along with the challenges. But you need to get back up. You need to pick yourself up. The world is filled, and among the eight billion, you are all alone. If you have someone you trust, consider yourself fortunate, for it is rare. Share the sadness with them, and you will surely feel better.

2.       Get up, rebuild, and redefine yourself after you experience a challenging phase of life. It is natural to fall down to your knees, but it is your choice to get back up and face life once more. You have to keep repeating the cycle of getting back up, rebuilding, and redefining. Eventually, life will get tired of showing you challenges because you are courageous, and life is afraid of the courageous ones.

3.       Breathe, laugh, and play after every sadness. Remind yourself that there are always good times after bad and victories after losses. After every fall, you have to remind yourself that the defeat you have faced is only a battle, and the thing that matters is the war. You shall prevail with satisfaction and happiness because you worked hard for it.

4.       Stay positive and look for happiness - the little things matter. Instead of neglecting the goodness, overlook the negativity. In the time of big problems, remind yourself that the joy is unavoidable and just around the corner – it is just playing hard-to-get.

5.       Change your perspective, for it matters. You need to look at the positive aspect of things. When life gives you lemons, you have to make lemonade. When life reminds you of your mistakes, you need to learn from them. When life shows you problems, you have to look for the victory.

6.       Learn from the mistakes rather than crying over them. Concentrate on your future while focusing on the present. Do not weep and whimper over the bygones, for they are bygones. Expect the greatness that your future holds for you.

7.       Teach what you have learned to the people around you. Humility and politeness make you a better person, maybe the best version of yourself. Concentrate on the good of people and teach them what life has already taught you.

8.       Hope for better times while preparing yourself for the worst. Be ready and prepared to give whatever it takes to get where you want to be.

You are going to be alright, my friend! You will be alright!
